Successful Stallions in the Young Horse Championships Day 2

We'd like to highlight the stallions in the ribbons in Friday's classes in the Markel/USEF Young & Developing Horse National Championships at the Lamplight Equestrian Center. We'd like to send special congratulations to Hilltop Farm and also to Patricia Becker and Dr. Anne Ramsay. Hilltop's well-known stallion Qredit (Quarterback-Dream Rubina, Dream of Glory) was ridden by Michael Bragdell, and Patty Becker rode Dr. Ramsay's home-bred Oldenburg stallion Freedom (Feuri-Windjammer, Walk on Top). Freestyle

Gorgeous Florestan Son
Freestyle is a beautiful stallion with an athletic body, very well applied hindquarters and a super character.
At the 100-Day Performance Test at Prussendorf he was awarded a 10 for character and a 9 for temperament. In
Dressage he ranked amongst the best of his year, and received a 9.33 for rideability. His total score was 132.55 points. Class I
Freestyle obtained 7th place in the jumping with an 8 for ability. Freestyle was the overall winner of his performance test.
In 2002 Freestyle was the Reserve Champion 6 yr old FEI horse in the USA. US Olympic rider Gunter Seidel called Freestyle
“The best 6 yr old dressage horse in the USA”. Freestyle has continued to excel in the dressage arena; in 2005 Freestyle was
Champion and High score at 4th Level, every time out. He won 5 championships at 4th level with score to 73.95%.
Freestyle has shown to Prix St George level Dressage and won.

Freestyle offspring are very much in demand; he has been a consistent producer of premium
offspring. Freestyle s offspring inherit their sire s wonderful attributes; they are beautiful elastic movers, with correct conformation
and outstanding temperaments. Freestyle s offspring are also proving to have tremendous rideability. In 2006 Twinkel
R sired by Freestyle finished 10th overall at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses. Son Vloyd was top 40 at
the Pavo Cup in Holland.
In North America, Freestyle offspring are winning championships at prestigious line shows, in the
hunter ring and also in the dressage arena. Freestyle also had two daughters named Ster-Keur eligible by the NA/WPN. In 2007 the top NA/WPN 2 year old in NA was sire by Freestyle.
